IPC reopens newly-renovated Isuzu Manila dealership

Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) continues to update and improve its existing locations to provide customers with better quality service.

Last week, IPC reopened Isuzu Manila which is under the Yuchengco Group of Companies (YGC). It serves as the brand’s 9th dealership nationwide to adopt the latest design philosophy called ‘Isuzu Outlet Standard’ (IOS). Phase 1 of the construction included the renovation of both the showroom and service fascias, the tower signage, and the sales reception area.

“We want to reinforce the image of Isuzu not just by standing out from the rest but also through providing an enhanced experience for our customers. The new look shows Isuzu’s robust character and DNA as the world’s leader in diesel engine manufacturing. We hope to attract more customers to experience Isuzu’s reliability, safety, and comfort,” said Johnny Fetalvero, SVP Business Operations Head of YGC Cars Division.

For Phase 2 of construction work, Isuzu Manila said it will focus on upgrading the dealership’s interior, along with the body and paint center.

“Our facility is set to have an upgraded body and paint center to further improve efficiency and quality. We plan to continually expand our services for years to come and ultimately deliver the best customer service to both existing and new owners,” added Fetalvero.

Isuzu Manila has a total floor area of 9,606 square meters and houses a showroom display that can hold 1 commercial vehicle (CV) and 3 light commercial vehicles (LCVs). The dealership also houses a service workshop spread out between 3 floors that can service 5 CVs and 16 LCVs and includes a parts warehouse.

For Hajime Koso, president of IPC, the reopening of Isuzu Manila is all but perfect timing as it can now accept reservations for the all-new mu-X.

“Isuzu Manila’s reopening is all but perfect timing for the recent launch of the All-New Isuzu mu-X and the coming holiday season. The dealership is more than ready to accept more clients and test drive appointments, following our strict safety and health protocols as always,” shared Koso.

The reopened Isuzu Manila is located at 1502 Paz Mendoza Guazon Street, Paco, Manila. It’s open Monday to Saturday every 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
