Natural disasters will always be tests of a people’s perseverance. At the same time, it is when solidarity takes center stage to help our fellowmen in time of need. After Taal’s recent eruption, Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) donated one unit of the D-Max 4x4 LS MT to the Philippine Red Cross (PRC), Laguna Chapter, at the IPC Plant in Biñan Laguna, for the mobilization of the Taal Volcano eruption relief efforts.
"(The) Isuzu D-MAX 4x4, being a utilitarian pick-up, is surely essential in bringing relief goods and aiding victims of Taal Volcano eruption. (The) Isuzu D-Max is a combination of power and performance and is equipped with Blue Power technology that can withstand any roads, from the toughest terrain to the slickest street all in style and comfort", Shojiro Sakoda, IPC Executive Vice President said at the turnover ceremony.
Hand-in-hand with the Red Cross, this partnership is meant to help the PRC’s mission to provide life-saving services that protect the life of Filipinos in vulnerable situations. Isuzu PH considers it an honor to be able to lend a helping hand to thousands of Filipinos facing this adversity.
The Filipino people thank you all, IPC and PRC.
