It seems there are other individuals and entities selling brand-new Isuzu vehicles in the country aside from Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) and its respective dealers nationwide. Don’t be fooled though, these groups and individuals are not authorized to sell such Isuzu-vehicles locally. In fact, IPC is warning the public not to transact with them and only buy from authorized IPC dealerships.
Aside from warning the public not to buy from them, IPC warns violators that unauthorized use or infringement of the Isuzu trademark and related marks shall be dealt with and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Furthermore, IPC says that violators must immediately cease and desist from conducting unauthorized sales, distribution, importation, and advertising as such.
All brand-new vehicles sold by IPC strictly follow the specifications of Isuzu Motors Limited in Japan. As such, these vehicles are fitted with genuine Isuzu parts, built to quality standards, and come with aftersales services. This guarantees that buyers will get the most of their brand new vehicles and have peace of mind with regards to service and maintenance. The same cannot be guaranteed for brand-new vehicles purchased through other channels not authorized by IPC.
For reference, IPC is the only authorized distributor and assembler of Isuzu products in the Philippines. Isuzu Motors Limited and IPC have not authorized other individuals/entities to conduct distribution, marketing or sales activities outside of the respective dealership network.
