Isuzu Philippines Corporation has seen massive expansion throughout the country in the past year. Soon, yet another dealership will rise in Southern Luzon. Just last month, IPC signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Mina de Oro Motors, Inc.
With Isuzu's continuing vision to make a world-class brand and to provide accessible service to Filipinos nationwide, a new dealership will soon rise in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. The Agreement states that Km.9 of the Nautical Highway in Barangay Puting Tubig will be the new home of Isuzu in the province.
Present during the signing were Executive Vice President Shojiro Sakoda and Hajime Koso, president of Isuzu Philippines Corporation. The representatives from MDO Motors were Daniel Uy and Julius Cesar Perez, president and Corporate Secretary, respectively.
With a total area of 5,462 square meters, the dealership is seen to be built with a total of six service bays; four of which will be for light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and the remaining two for commercial vehicles (CVs).
Given that Oriental Mindoro is a known agricultural region, the presence of Isuzu in the province will be crucial in providing genuine parts and aftersales service for LCVs and CVs alike. With a strong market base for the brand itself, the Calapan dealership will also bring the renowned Isuzu vehicle line up to our fellow Filipinos in Mindoro.
