Within just the first half of 2016, Isuzu Philippine Corporations's (IPC) large commercial vehicles such as Isuzu heavy-duty Category V trucks and Isuzu's Category IV buses have totaled to 2,703 units, This represented a 36.7-percent surge from the 1,977 units sold in 2015.

To support and accommodate its growing customers, IPC recently opened a new service facility in Metro Manila. Last July 26, 2016, Isuzu Manila opened their service shop specifically for their F-Series, C-Series, and E-Series truck models.

According to Hajime Koso, IPC President, the opening of this new service center specifically for their large commercial vehicles, they ensure the “companies involved in transporting goods and services have immediate and convenient access to highly qualified facilities, putting their respective businesses at an advantage."

Before, repair and maintenance for medium and heavy-duty truck models were conducted in a client's premise. Parts needed would not be provided immediately. The new service center aims to avoid delay in parts delivery. Here they keep an inventory of parts and components. Additionally, the new service center also has a customer lounge wherein the client could relax and ask about the how their trucks are doing.

The new truck service center is located within Isuzu's Manila dealership at 1502 Paz Guanzon Street, Paco, Manila.
