Responding to the growing transportation requirements of Northern Luzon, Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) has begun the expansion of their operations in the region. Last July 20, 2016, the company held a groundbreaking ceremony for their newset office in Northern Luzon.

To be located in Iguig, Cagayan is the new Isuzu Tuguegarao satellite office, which will supplement the operations of BMD Motors' Isuzu dealerships in Bulacan, Isabela, Cabanatuan and Meycauayan. To mark the site of the future facility, IPC executives led by President Hajime Koso, Isuzu Tuguegarao principal Dra. Zinnia Domingo - Perez, and Iguig Mayor Ferdinand Trinidad were present at the groundbreaking ceremony.

“The thriving commercial activities in northern Philippines, most especially in the Cagayan region, equate to heightened demand for logistics and transportation solutions. We in Isuzu Philippines realize the potential for growth that partnerships with local business will bring to the communities in the area, and the opening of a new facility here seeks to ensure this progress,” Koso said.

The new Isuzu Tuguegarao satellite office will be built on a 5,000-square-meter property. The new office can accommodate sales inquiries while its workshop can perform select services for several vehicles including its commercial vehicles. When completed, this new Isuzu Tuguegarao satellite will be bigger than the current office.

“We are extremely optimistic at the prospects of Isuzu Tuguegarao as the Isuzu brand commands a following among many Cagayanos. Isuzu vehicles’ durability, reliability and fuel efficiency should ably serve the needs of consumers in the region,” Domingo said.
