Over the course of 10 years, there have been 14 batches of scholars with a total of 213 students have graduated from the Isuzu TESDA center in Tacloban. Most of them are already employed domestically with some even working abroad.

The IHSP provides two years of term training, and is open to the underprivileged youth nationwide. Candidates are first identified by TESDA and World Vision before being qualified for scholarship. The program covers the full cost of living and education fees of scholars as the students are housed in dormitories located inside the training center compound. Students are then required to attain the national standard for auto mechanic training.
