Jaguar revealed a teaser photo of their upcoming XE sedan, a model which will make its debut at the 2014 Paris Motor Show in October.

The automaker released a see-through body to showcase the aluminum monocoque and other internal materials  that Jaguar is going to use for their upcoming XE sedan. The aluminum structure, which the automaker calls iQ[Al], will also be used for other Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles.

The Jaguar XE will be powered by a 2.0-liter tubocharged four-cylinder engine in diesel and petrol or a 3.0-liter supercharged V6; the same one found in the F-type model.

The XE is set to go on sale next year. For now, the teaser photo gives us a glimpse of what Jaguar will look like in the future.
