Jeep goes British, adds Earl Gray for 2023 Gladiator

2023 Jeep Gladiator now available with new Earl Gray exterior paint

No, that is not a typo. Jeep has indeed added Earl Gray for the 2023 Gladiator. But don't expect to see any tea bags or packets of Earl Grey inside the go-anywhere pickup truck as part of the package.

Instead, Earl Gray is actually a new color option for the 2023 Jeep Gladiator. According to the automaker, the new exterior finish was first initially featured on the Gladiator Farout concept which was revealed back in 2020. The new color is a bold shade of gray that features hints of aquamarine that gives the pickup a more distinct appearance.

Jim Morrison, senior vice president and head of Jeep North America, said that the community expressed positive feedback for the Earl Gray finish which prompted them to make it available on the 2023 Gladiator.

“The Jeep community voiced a ton of positive feedback for Earl when it debuted on the Gladiator Farout concept. We work to deliver what our customers tell us they want, and Earl is the latest example of another standout shade that speaks to our loyal and avid Jeep community,” said Morrison.

If you prefer the Earl Gray paint on the Wrangler, don't worry. Morrison mentioned that the new gray hue will also be available for the 4x4 SUV.

Customers in the US can start ordering for the 2023 Gladiator finished in Earl Gray which will be an additional USD 695 (or PHP 39,320) on top of the SRP.
