Jeep's B-segment crossover has donned a fiery exterior and interior finish after the automaker recently revealed the Renegade Hell's Revenge. Made possible with Harley-Davidson, the special edition Renegade pays tribute to the motorcycle brand, as well as to bikers all over the world.
It made its public debut during the 2016 European H.O.G. Rally in Portoroz, Slovenia last week and showcases the Jeep brand's parternship with Harley-Davidson and Garage Italia Customs (GIC) who made the one-off Renegade.
Immediately seen is the chopper-inspired paint job. Up front, the Renegade is dominated by flames which denote passion according to Harley-Davidson and Jeep. In making the unique paintwork, four layers of matte paint were applied along with fluorescent paint which make up the flames itself. A special transparent layer protects the flames from degrading easily and also provides an airbrush-like finish akin to gas tanks of motorcycles.
Apart from the paint, the limited Renegade Hell's Revenge also gets additional exterior kit. These include: special alloy wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich offroad tires, LED spotlights, suspension lift-kit and a bespoke skid plate.
The cabin gets the same exterior flame finish, with the orange hue predominantly featured on the dashboard, contrast stitching, door cards and gear lever. Also worth noting are the seats which are upholstered in nappa leather and denim.
Jeep did not reveal the exact powertrain of the one-off Renegade though it is available with a wide array of engines which include the small 1.4-liter turbocharged Fire engine, to the big 2.4-liter Tigershark motor. Transmission, on the other hand, range from 5-speed manual to a 9-speed automatic made by ZF.
