Columbian Autocar Corporation (CAC), the exclusive distributor of Kia vehicles in the country, said that year 2015 brimmed with new ventures and achievements for the company.
CAC president, Ginia R. Domingo, said that the brand soared high this year, and Kia couldn't wait to give more surprises come 2016.
“We set a company mantra to ‘Go Higher’ this year, and, looking back at what we have all accomplished, I can proudly say that CAC really soared high. We have definitely brought Kia closer to the public through our events, promos, after-sales initiatives, and other marketing efforts this 2015 and we can’t wait to deliver more surprises and more vibrant experiences to our partners and customers come 2016,” said Domingo.
For this year alone, a total of five Kia vehicles were introduced to the public.
Kia said that the arrival of the Grand Carnival and all-new Sorento early this year ushered in more innovative options for motoring fans and loyal supporters of the Korean automaker.
A grand unveiling of both models was held for motoring media, dealer principals, VIPs and Kia Motors Corporation executives who flew in from Korea. CAC even invited senior members of the design team to do a walk-through presentation so guests can better appreciate the inspiration and design approach to Kia’s latest models.
Kia organized another wave of product launches last June 2015 through the all-new Forte. Three variants of the 2015 Forte were introduced — sedan, hatchback and koup.
On the other hand, Kia Theatre opened its doors to world-class acts and provided a modern kind of viewing experience for the whole family to enjoy.
“It’s always inspiring to look back and see what we have done. But it’s even more exciting to see what’s ahead and to see what else can be done. From all of us at Kia, prepare to be surprised even more in 2016,” Domingo added.
