Kia owners living in Marikina and east of Metro Manila can now have their vehicles serviced much closer to home. After launching the all-new Stonic several weeks ago, the automaker has officially opened a new service center – Kia Marikina.
Located along the busy stretch of Gil Fernando Avenue cor. Mt. Everest Street, the Kia Marikina Service Center will cater to the needs of motorists living in East Metro Manila, as well as nearby neighboring areas. Born out of the newly-forged partnership between Kia Philippines and Advan Motor Inc., the new Marikina Service Center is aimed at delivering quality and reliable customer-centric after-sales support.
“Our goal to reach more Filipinos by partnering with strong and experienced associates and affiliates is aggressively being realized. “Rest assured that as we boost our reach by placing facilities in strategic locations around the archipelago, we will continue to surprise our customers with quality products and dependable after-sales initiatives,” said Manny Aligada, president of Kia Philippines.
Those looking to have their Kia serviced at the new service center may do so by booking an appointment online via their Facebook page Kia Marikina-Advan Motor Inc. Besides providing aftersales services, the Marikina Service Center also has authentic spare parts stocked up too.
Kia customers can also avail of free 24/7 emergency roadside assistance through Kia Marikina Service Center or by answering an online form that will be posted on Kia Philippines' Facebook page. The round-the-clock roadside assistance will cover the following:
-Minor on-site repair
The new Marikina service center serves as Kia's 38th facility in the country and is the second of four additional facilities that the company plans to open this 2020. Soon, the automaker plans to open the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) and Isabela branches.
