The all-new Tiguan is now available with a sportier look after Volkswagen recently launched the R-Line appearance package at this year's Los Angeles Auto Show. Dubbed by the automaker to offer a 'more dynamic appearance', the R-Line equips the compact crossover with an array of peformance-inspired add-ons.

Beginning with the exterior, R-Line badges are placed throughout the crossover including the front grill and fenders. Meanwhile, both the front and rear bumpers are painted black which gives it a more striking appearance. In addition, the former gets new air intakes while the latter is equipped with a diffuser for better aerodynamics. It is then topped off with new side skirts and body-colored wheelarch extensions.

Finally, two new wheel choices are available for the R-Line Tiguan. These include the 19-inch 'Trenton' aluminum alloys and the bigger 20-inch 'Braselton' aluminum set.

Over to the cabin, the steeering wheel and stainless steel door sill plates are adorned with the unique R-Line badging. Also, the Modular Infotainment system also gets the R-Line treatment as the startup screen gets the R-Line logo too. Other features present inside the Tiguan include a black headliner and stainless steel pedal covers.
