No matter what Lamborghini you drive, you're bound to turn heads wherever you go. But if you want a Lambo that's truly your own, then their Ad Personam program is there to help. After all, if you're buying a Lamborghini, why not go all out?
In the past, you'd have to fly to Lamborghini's headquarters in Italy to avail of this personalization program. Now, customers can do so from the comforts of their home, online with the new virtual Ad Personam studio. To promote and commemorate the occasion, the Italian supercar builder has launched a special-edition Aventador SVJ called the Xago.
The Aventador SVJ is already as a special model itself with only 900 units of the being built worldwide (excluding the 63 “63 Edition” models) and 800 units of the open-top SVJ Roadster. With Lamborghini's Ad Personam program, the Xago edition takes it even further as only ten cars will be built. While no changes were made to the aero, it does get a new set of wheels exclusive to this special edition model.
The Xago seen here is finished in white and gets blue contrasting accents. Owners, however, can choose between different colors and accents. Hexagon patterns inspired by cloud shapes of Saturn adorn the Aventador SVJ as well from the doors to the front and rear fenders. Coincidentally, hexagons are prevalent in the brand's latest design language.
Inside, more Hexagon patterns line the cabin. The seats are lined with the same pattern and feature contrast stitching that matches the exterior. Each of the ten Xago edition roadsters will get a special number plaque in the cabin.
As the Xago is based on the Aventador SVJ with a unique paint job and interior trim, it continues to use the same naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12. Power is rated at 770 PS and 720 Nm torque and is sent to all four wheels. For those wondering, the SVJ is still the current record holder for production cars at the Nurburgring.
No price was announced for the Aventador SVJ Xago. Considering the standard SVJ already fetches a premium on top of the Aventador S, do expect this to be even more expensive. With only 10 being built, it certainly is one of the most exclusive models you can order today. But if you want something truly yours and yours alone, then you can schedule an appointment with Lamborghini for the virtual Ad Peronam studio.
