With five floors that cover 13,000 square meters, Ford's latest dealership located along Alabang-Zapote Road is their largest in the country and is one of the largest across the ASEAN region.

Last November 15, 2014, Ford Philippines celebrated a gala event for the opening of Ford Alabang, their largest dealership to date in the country. Attending the event was Kay Hart, Managing Director of Ford Philippine and several key Ford Motor Company figures which included Elena Ford, Vice President of Global Dealer and Consumer Experience; Dave Schoch, President of Ford Asia Pacific; Brett Wheatley, Vice President of Marketing and Sales and Matt Bradley, President of Ford ASEAN.

“This new Ford Alabang facility, like all Ford dealerships worldwide, features a ‘customer first’ design and represents our ongoing commitment to provide a truly unmatched customer experience. It’s an honor to join our dealer partners on such an exciting day for Ford in the Philippines,” said Ford.

Owned by Dearborn Motors Inc., the 'mega dealership' has a 2-floor showroom that can accommodate 23 vehicles. It is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity, a coffee bar and entertainment lounges so customers can relax while shopping for a car or waiting for their car to be serviced. It is also worth noting that this dealership is built accordingly to Ford's global '[email protected]' II design concept that provides each Ford showroom and service bay the same universal image and ambience of the Ford brand.

It has a 4-floor 80-bay service center that has the latest tools and technologies that allows service teams to deliver world-class service. The service teams and technicians are continually engaged in training that keeps them updated on Ford's global technologies, processes and standards.

"With the opening of Ford Alabang – our largest dealership in the country – we are helping make the Ford brand even more accessible to customers nationwide, allowing us to better serve them and their needs. The quality of customer service we provide is equally as important as the quality of the vehicles we deliver to customers,” said Hart.

Ford has remained on track with its plan to expand its nationwide dealer network to 37 locations across the country by the end of the year.
