Toyota's next-generation MPV will also apparently get a more sophisticated look as what appears to be a leaked image of the 2016 Innova has surfaced in the web.
If this photo is to be believed, the new MPV will conform to Toyota's current design philosophy with a new front end which features a 2-bar chrome grill, swept-up headlights with LED daytime running lights and new foglamps.
Over to the side, this supposed Innova gets flared wheel arches, a character line that runs from the front fender up to the rear quarter panel, side mirror-integrated turn signals and new alloy wheels. It also has a reshaped D-pillar which was designed in such a way that it reduced the windscreen area of the third row window.
The cabin will reportedly also get a redesign as Toyota aims to put more emphasis on comfort and installing more features though no pictures were provided.
The next-generation Toyota Innova is rumored to have its world premiere during the 2016 Auto Expo in India.
