First launched at the 2014 Paris Motor Show, Audi will be bringing the US-spec TT at the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show.
According to the German automaker, the North American version of the new Audi TT will be available as a coupe or a roadster, with the exception of the TTS as a coupe-only model. Inside, the car will be fitted with the brand's unique digital instrument display that houses both the traditional gauges and the infotainment menu.
Powering the US-bound TT cars are two 2.0-liter TFSI engines. The TT Coupe and Roadster will be equipped with an engine that generates 223 PS with 349 Nm of torque while the TTS Coupe gets a more powerful unit that produces 296 PS and 379 Nm of torque. All TT models get the brand's quattro AWD system while gearbox options include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed dual clutch S tronic.
The cars will arrive in the US at the second half of 2015 and will be classified as 2016 model year vehicles. Official pricing and additional equipment are yet to be released by Audi.
