Following the unveiling of their one-off Evora Sport 410 in tribute to James Bond's Esprit S1, Lotus has recently revealed another special edition Evora Sport 410. The Evora Sport 410 GP Edition features the iconic black-gold John Player Special livery that the Lotus F1 team used in between 1972 and 1986.

The same livery and color scheme Ayrton Senna used when he was still driving for Lotus. Unlike the one-off James Bond tribute however, Lotus will be building five of these GP Editions in classic JPS theme.

Said to be the fastest Evora made, the Sport 410 is 60kg lighter than the standard Evora 400. Because of the diet, the Sport 410 now only weighs 1,370 kg as compared to the 1,430 kg of the Evora 400. If one opts to have the lightweight goodies installed, weight can even be further reduced to just 1,320 kg. This is achieved by using various carbon fiber bits throughout the body along with new lightweight forged wheels.

Powering the Sport 410 GP Edition is the same Toyota-derived 3.5-liter supercharged V6 engine which produces 400 horsepower and 408 Nm of torque. A six-speed manual along and a Torsen-type limited slip differential comes standard, but those lucky enough to own one can opt for a six-speed auto for extra charge.
