Mazda Philippines reports an improvement in their 3rd quarter sales performance under the management of Berjaya Auto Philippines Inc. The management took the reins of the brand in January 2013. Under Berjaya, Mazda has improved by more than 400%. It has been noted that the 3rd quarter sales is up by 65% compared to that of last year while year to date September 2013 sales up by 41% compared to 2012.
The Mazda BT50 pick-up is on its highest recorded sales volume. Along with the Mazda2, Mazda3, Mazda6, and CX5, these Mazda models have already surpassed 2012’s full year sales volume.
With the new management, all Mazda vehicles sold since January 2013 receive a 3-year free preventive maintenance service. This includes lubricants and parts under the maintenance schedule. Moreover, the customer also gets a 3-year free emergency roadside assistance and a 3-year warranty. These are provided in the Mazda YOJIN3 Total Care Package for free.

Mazda continues to expand by opening new dealerships including those in C5, Tarlac, Cavite, Cabanatuan, and Iloilo. A dealership in Davao will open before the year ends. By 2014, 3 to 4 dealerships are still lined up to expand the presence of Mazda in the Philippines.
