Mercedes-Benz Bonifacio Global City (BGC) will soon be moving to a new location.
The automaker recently announced on their Facebook page that they will be opening their new showroom located at 5th Avenue corner 24th Street. The new Mercedes-Benz BGC showroom will officially be opened to the public starting July 1, 2020.
But what will happen to the showroom and service center located at 32nd Street? Well, Mercedes-Benz BGC said that it will cease operations come June 30, 2020. With the new location set to be a showroom only, all aftersales operations will now be centralized at CATS Motors along EDSA-Greenhills.
Mercedes-Benz owners who used to service their vehicles at the BGC dealership can now set an appointment and have their vehicles worked on at the Greenhills service center.
Like Mercedes-Benz Greenhills, the relocated BGC showroom will adopt new normal measures of doing business. Through the Mercedes-Benz AI: Adapt x Innovate program, it aims to provide customers with a pandemic proof environment on their next visit to any Mercedes-Benz facilities.
Constant sanitation of common areas, strict adherence to physical distancing measures, wearing of personal protective equipment (PPEs) by employees on duty, and installation of handwashing areas/safety reminders are present throughout each Mercedes-Benz showroom.
The company has also launched an online showroom wherein customers can browse and select their preferred models before going to the showroom to make the final arrangements and purchase.
