Mercedes-Benz partners with Tidal for music streaming services

To provide an even more premium experience in their vehicles, Mercedes-Benz has announced a long-term partnership with Tidal, a global music and entertainment platform available across 52 countries. The partnership would allow Mercedes-Benz customers that have their vehicles connected to the Mercedes me Portal access to a complimentary Tidal HiFi membership.

Our customers can stream music and videos at home or on the go virtually unlimited. Beginning in 2018, Mercedes-Benz owners will be able to stream more than 50 million songs and over 185,000 music videos thanks to the complimentary 12-month pass from Tidal. Not only is the access pass limited to their vehicles, it can also be accessed from their smartphones to be used on their home music system.

In order to mark the launch of their collaboration, Mercedes-Benz and Tidal will be holding an exclusive concert at the upcoming Frankfurt International Motor Show (IAA).

Following the complimentary trial, customers can continue to have a premium music experience by purchasing another Tidal subscription package.
