Built to celebrate Petronas' collaboration with Mercedes-Benz's Formula 1 team
Mercedes-Benz introduced the A45 Petronas Green Editon in Japan. The said vehicle will only be available in Japan and Mercedes-Benz says that production will be limited to 30 units only.
It was built to be able to celebrate the oil company’s (Petronas) involvement with Mercedes-Benz’s Formula 1 team. The A45 Petronas Green Edition is based on the Edition 1 variant and was configured with an AMG aerodynamic package with a Cirrus White exterior finish. The exterior of the A45 is also designed with green graphics and carbon fiber mirrors.
It is also equipped with a black multi-spoke 19-inch alloy wheels. The interior of the vehicle has similar green detailing on the steering wheel, seats, door sill plates, paddle shifters, gear shifter and on the air vent bezels.
The A45 Petronas Green Edition is powered by a 4-cylinder, 2.0L turbocharged gasoline engine that is capable of generating 365 PS and up to 450 Newton-meters of torque.
