Mercedes-Benz has upped the game for their flagship again, revealing the updated S Class with AMG power: the 2015 Mercedes-Benz S 65 AMG.

The S 65 succeeds the previous S 63 AMG, utilizing the updated and upgraded S Class. The new car gets exclusive touches to blend luxury and performance with the use of high gloss chrome, ultra lightweight wheels, and other visual updates. The interior too has been upgraded with a 2 spoke steering wheel, AMG sport seats and other touches.

Powering the S 65 is an AMG 6.0 liter V12 motor that has been twin turbocharged, producing 630 PS and 1000 Newton-meters of torque. Taking care of power delivery is an AMG Speedshift Plus 7G-TRONIC.

The AMG sports suspension based on Magic Body Control comes as standard with Road Surface Scan. The S 65 also gets a head-up display, a touchpad, a lithium-ion battery, an AMG speed-sensitive variable steering system, ceramic brakes, COMAND, and various other features.

The Mercedes-Benz S 65 AMG will be launched simultaneously on November 20 at the Tokyo Motor Show and at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
