MIAS 2022: GAC previews all-new EMPOW55 sports sedan
GAC gives a sneak peek at their sports sedan segment contender, the EMPOW55

Here's a sneak peek of the upcoming GAC challenger to the Honda Civic RS.
Called the GAC EMPOW55, the aggressive-looking sedan has been previewed at the 2022 Manila International Auto Show. With its long and wide stance, large wheels, and matte-green paint, the EMPOW55 is a scene-stealer.

This will be GAC Motor's official entry into the sports sedan segment, and the EMPOW55 definitely looks the part. The car has slim headlights that feature LED vertical strips, and it has a mean-looking front grille painted in black with its intakes splashed with contrasting yellow accents.
In addition, the sedan's character lines stick out due to the matte paint, and the yellow-painted brake calipers fill out the gaps of its 18-inch wheels. Lastly, the quad exhaust tips and slim LED taillamps round out the sports sedan's aggressive stance.

With the EMPOW55, GAC Motor Philippines is heading in a direction to go and change people's perspective of the brand from making a lot of cars to producing great cars. And indeed, we'll be keeping a close eye on this interesting new sports sedan.
Check out the GAC EMPOW55 at the Manila International Auto Show, which will run until April 10, 2022.
