Growth often means expansion, and this is no different for Mitsubishi Motor Philippines, Corp. (MMPC). Recently, they have moved into their new home in Metro Manila that houses their personnel from Sales and Marketing, Government Affairs, Service, Parts and Accessories and Finance. These key departments now conduct MMPC’s business from within the country’s premiere business district.
“MMPC’s decision to transfer some of its employees to BGC will make us more accessible to our dealer and business partners now that we are located in the central business district of the metro,” said Mr. Alvin Dalida, Sales and Marketing First Vice President.
With its new office, MMPC also adopted similar policies from its mother company in Japan, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC), that will enhance and improve the productivity and mobility of the company.
Previously, Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation was headquartered along Ortigas Extension in Cainta, Rizal. They made the move to Sta. Rosa, Laguna when they acquired the former Ford Philippines assembly plant there.
The Sta Rosa, Laguna factory assembles the Mitsubishi Mirage, Mirage G4, as well as the Mitsubishi L300 for local sales and for export in the future.
MMPC’s BGC office is located on the 21st Floor, EcoTower Building, 32nd cor. 9th St., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
The new Mitsubishi office is actually the previous space occupied by Nissan Philippines, Inc. (NPI) after the latter moved to a larger office in a new building about a block away. The move is likely in line with the Renault Nissan Mitsubishi Alliance pursuing more synergies and working more closely together in sharing resources and facilities.
