Mitsubishi PH recognized as one of the top importers in the country
MMPC has been given recognition by the BOC for its continued contributions to the Philippine economy

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) was recently recognized by the Bureau of Customs (BOC) as one of the top importers from January 1 to June 30, 2025.
The recognition was announced during the 68th Founding Anniversary of the Port of Batangas. MMPC was able to contribute approximately PHP 6.1 million in revenues, accounting for over 9% of the agency’s total collection during the first half of the year.

This achievement highlights MMPC's continuing commitment to serving more Filipino customers and highlights the strong and sustained demand for Mitsubishi Motors vehicles in the local market.
Present during the official ceremony were key officials from the BOC, Department of Finance (DOF), and MMPC. These included District Collector Carmelita Talusan, BOC Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno, MMPC Manufacturing Division vice president Jemabel Boncajes, DOF Revenue Operations Group Undersecretary Charlito Mendoza, and MMPC Manufacturing Division Senior Manager Jesus Cacapit.

MMPC also reaffirmed the importance of its partnership with the Bureau of Customs, which plays a vital role in supporting the company’s operations. Moving forward, the company is committed to fostering continued collaboration with the agency to ensure mutual growth and to better serve the expanding needs of its dealers and customers for imported products.
