MMDA begins work on Congressional Avenue temporary bridge


MMDA closes Congressional Avenue bridge to start total replacement

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has announced that the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will begin the replacement of the temporary Congressional Avenue bridge today June 29, Monday at 9am.

It will take five months for the project to complete.

Initially, the eastbound lane will be closed down to allow construction of the westbound lane and then vice-versa.
