Makati and Las Pinas follow suit, lifts number coding as well
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has announced that they will suspend the Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP) or simply known as the number-coding scheme on Friday October 31.
This it to allow motorists to travel to their desired destination to observe the nationwide tradition of Undas.
Motorists are advised to take to social media to obtain information from these respective cities regarding their traffic scheme on October 31.
In line with travel preparations in observance of Undas, provincial buses have also been allowed to pass through the underpasses of EDSA starting October 28.
The MMDA will suspend the UVVRP or number-coding scheme on October 31 to allow private motorists to travel and observe Undas.
Update: MMDA announced that the number-coding scheme (UVVRP) is also lifted in the cities of Makati and Las Piñas on Friday, October 31.
