Starting today and working towards the next few days, the Black Nazarene Procession will be in full swing around the Taft/Manila area.

Considering just how much congestion and crowds this event will gather, the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has mobilized their officers to assist with easing the flow of traffic. With the bulk of festivities happening at the Quirino Grandstand as early as tomorrow Jan 8th, an early party of 350 personnel are already handling the flow of traffic around the area.
