Land Rover debuted the 2015 Discovery Sport at the 2015 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Michigan for the U.S. market. It is the first member of the new Discovery model lineup and features Range Rover Evoque styling cues, a 5+2 seating configuration and various powertrain options.

Inside, all rows of seats can be equipped with USB charging sockets, four 12V power sockets and storage bins. The center console has a 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, rotary switches and an engine start/stop button. Other amenities available for the Land Rover Discovery Sport is a new heads-up display and a panoramic sunroof.
