Showcases the story of the man who created Ferrari
Ferrari is paying tribute to their founder with the opening of the Enzo Ferrari Museum.
The opening of the museum around Il Commendatore's life in Modena coincided with the anniversary of Enzo Ferrari’s birth on Febuary 18; 106 years ago. The opening ceremonies were led by Ferrari Chairman, Luca di Montezemolo and Enzo’s son, Piero Ferrari.
The new museum houses the most important cars in the history of the Ferrari. Visitors will have a chance to venture through Ferrari’s 100 years of history with the aid of multiple projectors that displays the story of Enzo Ferrari and Modena motoring.
The Enzo Ferrari Museum has been entrusted to Ferrari by the foundation owning the building which are made up of the Modena Institutions: Commune, Province, Chamber of Commerce and Automobile Club, with the significant support of the Cassa di Risparmio Foundation.
The new museum compliments the Museo Ferrari in Maranello that showcases the brand’s present and future while the Museum in Modena focuses on the story of the man who created Ferrari. Both museums will be open everyday except for Christmas and New Year.
