It looks like Chevrolet is indeed serious in bringing their next-generation C-segment fighter. While the all-new Cruze was not present during the 2018 Manila International Auto Show, we did manage to get the prices of the upcoming turbocharged sedan.

Two variants will be available in the 2018 Cruze, the entry level LT and the top-of-the-line LTZ. The former is priced at Php 1,135,888 while the latter has a sticker price of Php 1,443,888. Based on those figures, the 2018 Cruze is gunning for the price bracket of the Honda Civic which is also available with a turbocharged engine.

Official: Here's how much you'll pay for the 2018 Chevrolet Cruze

With Chevrolet not yet releasing any details regarding the exact features of the 2018 Cruze, we'll have to wait a little more before their latest C-segment contender makes official debut. What we do know is that it will pack a new 1.4-liter turbocharged EcoTec four-cylinder engine that is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. It puts out a healthy 155 PS along with 240 Nm of torque.

Beside the new turbocharged lump, we're also expecting the new Cruze to have the latest generation MyLink infotainment system, a new dual cockpit design and a more striking exterior.

The 2018 Chevrolet Cruze will make its Philippine debut some time this year.
