It has been 4 years since the first Mitsufest grand event took place, and this year sees yet another milestone since its inception. Dubbed “Legends”, last month saw Mitsufest Philippines celebrate their annual gathering at Acienda Designer Outlets in Silang, Cavite on November 9, 2019.
With more than 30 Mitsubishi car clubs and over 2000 enthusiasts joining the festivities, the event was a legendary success.
This year’s Mitsufest theme is all about the legendary Mitsubishi models that have been a favorite and made the brand one of the most successful automotive brands in the Philippines. Legendary models like the Galant, Lancer, Pajero and L300 are what made Mitsubishi a household name amongst Filipino families and car nuts, and these are the models that were heavily featured during the event.
There was also a vast variety of fun activities with exciting prizes for the Mitsubishi fans who participated at the event. Likewise, awards were given to the best car models per generation, and the car clubs who had the most number of entries and for having the best car club display.
Mitsubishi Motor Philippines has also showed support for Mitsufest Legends as their initiative towards building a stronger relationship to its fans and consumers. MMPC also had its own segment during the event which was filled with games and raffle prizes. They also conducted a test drive for their latest models – the new Montero Sport, and the Xpander.
Caltex Philippines also stood as co-presenter for Mitsufest Legends. As an incentive to all enthusiasts who will entered and displayed their vehicles at the event, Caltex gave a SavePlus Card to each participant. The discount card grants savings of Php 2 per liter for Caltex Platinum with Techron and Caltex Silver with Techron, and Php 1 per liter for Caltex Diesel with Techron. This card can be used nationwide in all participating Caltex stations and were given exclusively to Mitsufest car entries and car club partners.
