Pagani unveiled the final version of its famous Pagani Zonda called as the Revolucion to clients and family members during an annual gathering of Pagani owners in Italy and is dubbed as 'The Vanishing Point'.
The Zonda Revolucion is built around a carbon-titanium monocoque and weighs in at 1,070 kg. It is equipped with an 800 hp 6.0-liter Mercedes-AMG V12 engine and has a published power to weight ratio of 748 hp/tonne. Stopping this car is a Carbon Ceramic (CCMR) Brembo braking system that's 15% lighter than the previous CCM discs.
The power unit is mated to a six-speed magnesium transversal and sequential gearbox that enables the driver to shift between gears within 20 milliseconds. Giving aid to the driver are the traction control system that offers 12 different settings and an adaptive ABS.
The Zonda Revolucion features new aerodynamic improvements like the new deflectors on the front bonnet as well as the vertical stabilizer mounted on the rear bonnet. The rear wing also features a Drag Reduction System (DRS) that can be controlled either manually or automatically.
This new masterpiece is limited to only five units worldwide, four of which was already sold. It is personally signed by Pagani Automobili owner and chief designer Mr. Horacio Pagani and has a price tag of 2.2 million Euros (PhP120.51M) plus taxes.
