Pasig TPMO releases traffic advisory for May 30-31 due to Flores de Mayo

Motorists are advised to expect heavy traffic

The Metro Manila Development Authority posted on its facebook page a traffic rerouting advisory in Pasig City for the Flores De Mayo procession to be conducted on Friday, May 30, and Saturday, May 31.

As per Pasig’s Traffic and Parking Management Office (TPMO), the PCC Flores De Mayo procession will be on Friday, May 30, 2014 at Pasig Catholic College. The said procession will be at 5 p.m. onwards.

Motorists are advised to expect heavy traffic on the following roads:

TPMO has come up with a traffic re-routing scheme to aid the affected motorists.

(1)    All vehicles going to Rotonda from Pasig Mega Market:

(2)    All vehicles going to San Joaquin/Bagumbayan from Pasig Mega Market:

(3)    All vehicles going to Pasig Mega Market from San Joaquin/Bagumbayan:

(4)    All vehicles going to Crossing/Quiapo from San Joaquin/B. Bayan:

(5)    All vehicles going to Marikina from San Joaquin/B. Bayan

(6)    All vehicles going to San Joaquin/B. Bayan from Rotonda:

(7)    All vehicles going to Pasig Mega Market from Rotonda:

Take C-5 Road, U-turn at C-5 Kalayaan, right to San Guillermo St., straight to M. Concepcion St.

On the other hand, the ICC Flores De Mayo procession on Saturday, May 31, 2014 will be at Immaculate Concepcion Cathedral. The said procession will be at 4 p.m. onwards.
