Portions of FPJ Avenue not passable starting Nov 18, 2022
Upcoming Kyusiklaban will render parts of FPJ Avenue closed until Sunday morning this weekend

Motorists who frequently travel along FPJ Avenue (formerly Roosevelt Avenue) will have to find alternate routes this coming weekend. The Quezon City Government announced through social media that from November 18, 2022, 8:00 PM until November 20, 2022, 8:00 AM, several portions of FPJ Avenue will not be passable to motorists.
This is due to the upcoming Kyusiklaban Music Festival which will take place over the weekend. As a result, the QC Government will reroute traffic along the said avenue. For vehicles passing FPJ Avenue from Quezon Avenue towards EDSA, motorists can turn right to Delmonte Avenue, make a left at Judge Juan Luna Street, head left at Baler Street, and then turn right to FPJ Avenue towards EDSA.

Meanwhile, vehicles coming from EDSA to Quezon Avenue will have to turn left at Baler Street, turn right towards Judge Juan Luna Street, make a right to Delmonte Avenue, and then turn left to FPJ Avenue heading to QC. Last but not least, those who need to pass by Roosevelt Avenue towards Araneta Avenue will have to turn right to Osmena Street, turn left to Tolentino Street towards Delmonte Avenue or turn left to West Riverside Street.
For motorists who need to get to their destinations near FPJ Avenue, we highly advise them to take alternate routes or reschedule their plans for another time in order to avoid unnecessary traffic in the area.
