Two years ago, Henrik Fisker resigned from the automotive company that bears his name for having disagreements with the company's executive managemen regarding its business strategy.
Now, USA Today reports that Fisker is looking to start a new automotive company and adds that a new group of young people are ready for the next thing.
"I'm looking into starting a new company. There's a whole new group of young people ready for the next thing,” said Fisker.
Fisker's automotive company could develop cars that target Millennials who want “new kinds of transportation.”
As a review, Henrik Fisker was the co-founder of Fisker Automotive that focused on creating plug-in hybrid electric vehicles. The only production car that Fisker Automotive released was the Karma. The company filed for bankruptcy in November 2013 and in February 2014, Fisker was bought by the Wanxiang Group, a Chinese automotive parts manufacturing company. In addition, Galpin Auto Sports and Henrik Fisker revealed the carbon fiber bodied Rocket Mustang during the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show.
