Rolls-Royce has revealed the Maharaja Phantom Drophead Coupe which was designed exclusively for the Dubai market.
The Maharaja Phantom Drophead Coupe has a 'Carrara' white exterior paint along with a Peacock emblem which is the national bird of India. The vehicle also has a 'deep' green retractable roof as well as an 'Emerald' green coachline.
The interior of the vehicle features a 'crème' light leather and 'Emerald' green accents. Peacock-inspired emblems are integrated into the headrests and armrests. It also has a three-spoke steering wheel and the dashboard is fitted with wood trim. However, the powertrain details are yet to be released by Rolls-Royce.
The automaker says the vehicle celebrates the Golden Age of the Raja when “India's Princess and Maharajas collectively engage in what is described as one of the world’s longest relationships with one automobile manufacturer.” Rolls-Royce says that Maharajas have purchased about 840 Rolls-Royce vehicles over the period of five decades.
