May come in three- or five-door variants and topped off by an M model.
A confirmed report on Bimmerpost has stated that BMW is currently working on the BMW X2 Sport Activity Coupe and has penciled 2017 as the launch year.
It is speculated to be based on the UKL platform, which will make it closely-related to the Mini Countryman and the BMW X1 but with a more sporty design and development and will cater to a whole different segment than the X1.
It may come in three- or five-door configurations and may be powered by any of the BMW engines that range from 1.5L to 2.0L with diesel variants available in Europe only but experts believe it will only sport xDrive all-wheel drive with an M trim to complete the lineup.
