Mitsubishi Motors Philippines 60th Anniversary Expo all set from Aug 10 – 13
Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) is set to commemorate its 60th anniversary in the country with a very special event. While they already showed a special Xpander Cross at the 2023 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS), that was just the tip of the iceberg.
To celebrate its 60 years of mobility, 1.2 million cumulative sales milestone, and 800,000 production achievement, MMPC will hold the Mitsubishi Motors Philippines 60th Anniversary Expo from August 10 to 13, 2023.
During the 4-day event, the automaker will display cutting-edge concept cars that will preview the brand’s upcoming offerings, test drives, as well as performances & other activities for the whole family to enjoy.
For starters, MMPC will exhibit two concept cars - the Mitsubishi XFC Concept, the design concept of the next 5-seater SUV, and the Mitsubishi XRT Concept, the platform for the next-generation Triton/Strada. Also highlighting its rich heritage, MMPC will showcase the company’s historical highlights with a series of heritage Mitsubishi cars that have shaped the landscape of the Philippine automotive scene over the six decades.
As for its current product lineup, those who plan to attend the expo will have the chance not just to feast their eyes on the units, but also to get a full experience of the world-class features and technologies of Mitsubishi vehicles through the two types of test drives. Customers can either test drive units on normal roads, or they can enjoy the obstacle test drive tracks specifically laid out inside the premises of the World Trade Center.
Mitsubishi car clubs are also welcome to gather during the event. At the venue, they can proudly flaunt their Mitsubishi cars and have them checked at the free check-up booth which will be open for all Mitsubishi car owners.
The expo is also open for the whole family as it will be filled with a variety of fun and engaging daily activities for people of all ages as well as everyday live performances from both rising and renowned Filipino artists. And to complete the family’s weekend experience with MMPC, everyone will have the opportunity to explore and discover the Philippines through the different regional products that will be made available at the site.
The Mitsubishi Motors Philippines 60th Anniversary Expo will be open to the public from August 10 to 13 from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM and admission will be free.
