Chevrolet recently announced that it will debut the 2015 Chevrolet Camaro Commemorative Special Edition at the 2014 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. The car will pay tribute to the success of the 5th generation Camaro which has been the USA's best-selling performance for 4 years in a row. This will be the final year of the 5th generation Camaro and will be on sale next spring.

“The fifth-generation Camaro was a success from the moment it was introduced, in attracting both long-time Camaro fans and new buyers who have never owned a Chevrolet. We wanted to create a special edition Camaro that celebrates that success as the fifth generation comes to a close as the end of the model year,” said Todd Christensen, Camaro Marketing Manager

The convertible variant of the Camaro

Available on either the convertible or coupe body styling, the special edition car will be equipped with 20-inch wheels, body stripes, body-colored front splitter, a ZL1 rear spoiler and Commemorative Edition fender emblems. An array of of exterior color combinations will be available for the car which include: Black with Cyber Gray stripe, Silver Ice Metallic with Cyber Gray stripe, Summit White with silver stripe, Ashen Gray Metallic with silver stripe and Red Hot with black stripe. Those that go for the SS model will have a body-color hood insert.

Aboard the cabin, it has an exclusive Adrenaline Red interior that has red and black leather seating surfaces and a red instrument panel insert. The seats, steering wheel, shift knob, shift boot, door trim armrest and center console lid are accented by red stitching. Additional interior equipment available for the Commemorative Edition include a leather-wrapped flat-bottom steering wheel and Commemorative Edition sill plates.
