Chinese automaker South East Motor (SEM) has revealed the DX7 SUV, designed by Pininfarina during the 2015 Auto Shanghai.
According to Pininfarina CEO Silvio Pietro Angori, the DX7 is a Chinese SUV with an Italian touch that sets a “new benchmark for the segment.”
Up front, the DX7 has a large bumper, a mesh grill, a sculpted hood and sharp-looking headlights integrated with daytime running lights. When viewed from the side, the vehicle is characterized by the wheel arches, flowing lines and chrome trim.
The interior of the DX7 features a two-tone theme of black and brown. It also has a neat dashboard along with round air conditioning dials as well as a three-spoke steering wheel with mounted controls and silver accent.
SEM said that the DX7 comes with a stability control system, rollover prevention, automatic parking system, intelligent electric tail gate and a panoramic sunroof.
However, the technical details of the DX7 are not yet available as of this writing.
