Skoda has recently released a teaser image of the upcoming 2015 Fabia that was first teased weeks ago. The 2015 Fabia will debut at the 2014 Paris Motor Show in October.
The teaser image features a glimpse of the vehicle's front equipped with what looks like a projector headlamps coupled with LED indicator and daytime running lights.
Powertrain details have also been officially released by the Czech automaker and it will be available in either gasoline or diesel power.
The gasoline engines will either be a 1.0-liter three-cylinder or a 1.2-liter four-cylinder, with power output varying from 60 PS to 110 PS. On the other hand, the diesel engines will come in three power levels that are rated from 75 PS up to 105 PS and will come in a 1.4-liter displacement with three cylinders.
A GreenLine version of the Fabia will also be available that is claimed to deliver an average consumption of 3.1L/100km (around 32.2 km/l). It will house a 1.4-liter TDI engine that comes standard with a start-stop system, a kinetic energy recuperation system and low rolling resistant tires for added efficiency. All engines can be equipped with either a manual gearbox or to a DSG twin clutch gearbox.
