Lexus appears keen on expanding their crossover lineup after the luxury marque released the first image of the UX Concept. It will officially be making its global debut at the 2016 Paris Motor Show.
Developed at Lexus' European Design Centre, ED2, the automaker said that the bold design of the Lexus UX Concept appeals to the progressive, urban audience.
The UX Concept features a sloping roofline along with a panoramic glass roof which effectively brightens the cabin and gives off the feeling of a more space. The conventional side mirrors appeared to have been replaced by digital cameras which may give drivers a better view of what's behind them.
Also present on the UX concept are the L-shaped taillights, dual exhaust pipes and the overly-large alloy wheels which gives the UX a relatively high ground clearance.
Lexus claims that its latest concept will showcase imaginative technologies that blends with the interior's traditional craftmanship.
The Lexus press conference will be on September 29 during the 2016 Paris Motor Show.
