Looks like Audi will be unveiling a refreshed TT lineup soon as our spies managed to catch another camouflaged prototype out playing in the snow. According to our spies, the model shown here is supposedly the mid-range TT S and it looks like it will receive a redesigned front and rear.
Much like the prototype TT RS spotted by our insiders last December, the TT S gets a light camo livery on its front and rear bumpers. We're not entirely sure as to what Audi changed but it appears the TT S will sport a larger grill than the pre-facelift version. Also, we get to see that it retains the honeycomb design as of before. As for the front bumper itself, it could come with a mild redesign for better aerodynamics and airflow.
The rear fascia also gets the same camo livery as the front. This could mean that Audi will be introducing a more aggressive rear bumper and diffuser to go with the front's redesign. The LED taillights, on the other hand, appeared to have been refreshed as well to give it an updated lighting signature.
Power will most likely come from a tuned 2.0-liter four-cylinder TFSI that can be mated to either a manual or dual-clutch transmission. Exact output figures have yet to be revealed though it's highly likely that the refreshed TT S will produce well over 280 PS and 350 Nm of torque. Like the previous version, the TT S will also come with Audi's quattro all-wheel drive system.
The refreshed Audi TT lineup is expected to make its world debut some time this year.
