Known for producing 5-seater AWD compact and midsize crossovers, Subaru recently launched the Exiga Crossover 7 in Japan which is the brand's take on the 7-seater crossover segment.

Exterior-wise, it resembles a large wagon on stilts and even has design cues from the all-new Outback. Its distinct characteristics however are its large headlights with LED DRLs, plastic body cladding, prominent third-row window, a tailgate-mounted spoiler and 17-inch alloy wheels.

Inside, the 7-seater crossover has tan leather seats while interior trim is finished in splashes of piano black and metallic accents. Decorative blue-green stitching is also applied onto the seats to further add to the playful theme of the Exiga according to Subaru.

Cabin features available on the 7-seater nameplate include heated front seats, alloy pedals and an infotainment system. Like most crossovers, the second and third row seats can easily be folded down in order to allow for a larger cargo space.
