Subaru highlighted the Forester's X-Mode tech

Subaru PH held the Forester XMode drive at the off-road terrain of the Daraitan River in Tanay, Rizal.

Together with select Subaru clients and members of the media, the driving event highlighted the Forester’s X-Mode system. The X-Mode system allows the Forester to take on different road conditions by giving it better traction when driving through a dirt road.

Participants drove on a route that provided a good mix of highway and off-road drive. Professional off-road instructors showcased the system's ability to unify the Forester’s traction control, Vehicle Dynamics Control (VDC), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and Symmetrical All-wheel Drive (SAWD) system.

As a whole, the company says the objective of the event was to inform and to highlight the “unique lifestyle” and the “maximum confidence” that an individual could have when driving a Subaru.
