Fuji Heavy Industries just confirmed the world premiere of the all new Subaru XV at the 64th Frankfurt Motor Show in September.
The Subaru XV is the latest incarnation of the crossover for the brand, stemming from the welcome its concept version received in Auto Shanghai last April. The new XV combines disctinctive Subaru elements from designs to engineering into the size and presence expected in a crossover vehicle.
The final production version of the XV remains true to the Concept and Subaru is confident that it will
bring something fresh, as well as a new level of engineering excellence, to the segment.
Subaru also expects the XV will bring a new type of customer to the Subaru brand; people who are confident in the knowledge of the company's AWD and engineering expertise and who are also looking for the flexibility and lifestyle statement that owning a crossover brings.
Though the car seems to share the Impreza's platform, there is still no clear word as to where the all
new XV crossover will be positioned in the Subaru line.
