Suzuki now 3rd best-selling auto brand in PH
The Suzuki Carry is actually the company's best-selling vehicle in PH

Suzuki Philippines Inc (SPH) is greeting the month of July with a bang after achieving a sales milestone. According to the Japanese automaker, they are now the third best-selling brand in the domestic automotive industry.
This is a massive breakthrough in the company's history considering their model line up. There is something that needs to be clarified though: Suzuki didn't say if this was based on CAMPI's ranking or combined CAMPI and AVID reports. Regardless, it's a significant feat considering how competitive the auto industry has become
The automaker was able to achieve this feat thanks to its continued sales growth over the past year. But what ultimately helped Suzuki land in the top three are the Carry, Ertiga, and Dzire. Leading the charge was the Carry which accounted for 19.9% of the brand's sales. Meanwhile, the Ertiga contributed 19.6% to Suzuki's sales. Last but not least, the Dzire was able to bring in 18.4% sales.

All in all, sales of the three models accounted for more than half (58%) of Suzuki's total automobile sales.
“Suzuki’s continued growth is a testament to our brand’s mission of expanding our reach for more people to experience what the Suzuki Way of Life is all about. SPH shall continue in its pursuit of finding avenues to provide Filipinos with the best quality driving experience that only Suzuki can provide,” said Keiichi Suzuki, vice president, and general manager for Suzuki Automobile.
The company plans to maintain its position in the automotive industry by offering special deals via the Ride Your Dream promo. Here, customers can enjoy big discounts up to PHP 90,000, and special downpayment schemes as low as PHP 18,000. Moreover, Suzuki also plans to bring back the popular Auto Festival Event in select malls nationwide, open new dealerships, as well as launch new products in the country.
