As the country adjusts to the new normal, automakers have been busy implementing health and safety protocols to ensure that both customers and those working at dealerships/service centers are safe. Suzuki Philippines has been using their 'S.M.A.R.T.' way of combatting COVID-19 while still catering to customers that wish to buy a new car, or have their vehicles serviced amid the pandemic.
Now, the automaker has introduced a new way to browse vehicles all from the safety and comfort of their homes. Officially open to the public is the Suzuki Online Showroom, an online-based service that allows interested customers to check, browse, as well as learn more of a vehicle they plan to purchase.
From the humble S-Presso, all the way to the go-anywhere Jimny, the Suzuki Online Showroom has all of the available models present. Users can even download brochures, book a test drive, request for a quote, and even apply for an auto loan with a partner bank.
Customers that wish to have a closer look at their preferred vehicle of choice can also use the 360-degree viewer. This tool will allow users to view a vehicle's exterior and interior from every angle, as well as up close.
Aside from browsing vehicles, there is even an option to shop for genuine parts per each model via Lazada's Lazmall. There, not only can customers shop for genuine parts, but they can also purchase accessories, as well as oil products while in the convenience of their own homes. And just like any Lazada transaction, delivery is available nationwide.
With the COVID-19 pandemic still posing a threat, Suzuki PH's new online showroom will surely help those that wish to buy a brand new vehicle but wish to do it in the safety of their home. And with Suzuki offering home delivery service of their vehicles, the automaker is making sure that its customers can limit their exposure time outside of their homes.
